How to Make Wheat Free, Gluten Free Snacks for Kids
July 17, 2019

This post was sponsored by Blue Diamond® as part of an Influencer Activation and all opinions expressed in my post are my own My kids love making sandwiches out of crackers.  There's something about the ritual of making it.  They get excited about what they are going to put inside the sandwich and it becomes a step by step game for them. They also love the crunch! Sometimes, they get slight skin reactions from snacks that have wheat and gluten in them.  You don't know what you're buying when you get the premade processed stuff. How to make an Awesome Gluten Free Snack for Kids

When I first tried Keto, I couldn't figure out on how to snack.  I almost gave up. There is only so much beef jerky and pork rinds one can handle, hehe.  …
