It’s no secret that Vitamin C does wonders for the skin.  It has antioxidants that help protect the skin from free radical damage and so much more.  I have used Vitamin C serums for years.  But I have yet to come across a 3-in-1 serum + moisturizer + exfoliant.  Until I came across Essa Vita-C-Whip.

Essa Vita-C-Whip™ is serum with so much more.  In addition to having all the benefits of potent antioxidants (Vitamins A & C & E), it has Hyaloronic Acid which gives your tired and dehydrated skin the hydration is so desperately needs.  And nothing makes your skin look more radiant that exfoliating it so this added benefit is the icing on the cake.

This lotion is a whipped, non oily consistency in a convenient pump bottle so it is unlikely it is going to go to waste.  It also has a patented formula which guarantees its potency unlike many serums which break down as soon as they are exposed to air.

Vita-C-Whip™ is great for all skin types and is cruety free, cGMP, dermatologist certified, and a Made in America company.

What did I think of it?

The packaging is standard and the bottle comes with a vacuum sealed protection to ensure that it has not been opened which is reassuring. The texture is exactly as described, emollient and hydrating.   I love the scent of this product.  I have tried Vitamin C serums that did not smell pleasant so this made me happy.  I can’t use something that has an unpleasant scent no matter how great it is.  Aromatherapy is everything to me. As far as results, I can’t speak for them as I have only used it for about a week but I do know that they offer a 30 day money back guarantee so they stand strong behind their product.  I also know from experience that Vitamin C products do hydrate, moisturize, and protect the skin, encouraging skin repair and healing.  So I have no doubt this works.  The only option I wish it had was that it would be available with UV protection.  However, this is a tough request as adding UV into a product like this would compromise its potency so I would just recommend adding it or using it in your makeup.  I would also like to see it come in a cream for dryer skins like myself.

Vita-C-Whip™ retails for $34. 95.

  1. I use a vitamin c serum right now. I like what it does for my skin but I think something like this product would be easier to use and spread on my face.

  2. This vitamin c serum sounds incredible, I love whipped lotions! I could definitely use some more vitamin c, especially my skin as I bruise very easily.

  3. This sounds very promising to me. I actutally like the fact that there are no UV protectors in it – I can always add that, or just use it at bedtime. I know what you mean about other Vitamin C serums having an unpleasant odor – some smell like rotten lemons. I’m going to check this out, and I’m happy about the gurantee, too!

  4. I love Aromatherapy and keeping my skin looking great is so important too. Vitamin C serumis something I have not tried but would love too.

  5. This product sounds amazing, I would love to be able to try this out, I know my face could use the extra help..
