I found this book very informative, full of interesting information about A.D. I have a few people in my life, mainly my mother who suffers from an A.D. so it connected the pieces for me, from the different types to how the body is affected. I like that the Author includes Doctors and/or bloggers that have experience with A.D. And promotes their blogs and facebook pages. I wasn’t aware that anyone can do this diet and that it is a way of life. The Author also mentions various celebrities that use it which was eye-opening. Some of the recipes look amazing and I plan on making them. I would recommend to friends and family.
