In the aftermath of yesterday, I am still salivating over this dish. This is the best sweet potato casserole I have ever made and eaten. Those two words rarely go together in my house. I was a little suspicious with how they would come out. I found this recipe on Cookinglight.com by Ann Tayor Pittman.
I had to make a little change and dump a whole bag of marshmallows on top (because that’s how I roll). Well, to be honest I left maybe 10 marshmallows in the bag so technically I didn’t dump the whole bag. I don’t eat them alone so I don’t know why I was hanging on to those 10 marshmallows. Anyhow, this is the recipe that I will use for the future (if anyone wants to stay away from food poisoning in my house) and I think it’s a winner!
