Great for a party or just to snack on at home. This easy recipe for chocolate caramel pretzel bars calls for just a few simple ingredients like an 11 oz bag of Hershey Chocolate Chips.

Supplies for No Bake Caramel Pretzel Crack Bars
- parchment paper
- cookie sheet (I used a nonstick Le Creuset Toughened Non-Stick Baking Sheet) or 11×17-inch baking sheet
- large mixing bowl
- microwave safe bowl
Ingredients for No Bake Caramel Pretzel Crack Bars
- 11oz bag of Kraft caramel bits IF YOU’RE NOT USING BUTTER AND SUGAR
- 1 cup Reese’s peanut butter chips
- 1 16oz Bag Pretzel twists
- 11.5 oz bag of Hershey milk chocolate chips (you don’t have to use bag of Hershey)
- 1 Cup brown sugar
- 1 Cup melted butter
Step by Step Directions for Chocolate Pretzel Bark
- Step 1. In a a medium glass bowl, add the Hershey chocolate chips (reserve about ¼ cup of chips for later in a small glass bowl). Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 20 second intervals or 30-second intervals until melted. Make sure you have a microwave safe bowl.
- Step 2. Spread the melted chocolate on a parchment lined cookie sheet or large baking sheet. I used a Le Cruiset pan, so I didn’t need anything as it is non stick.
- Step 3. Place pretzels on top of the chocolate however you want.
- Step 4. Combine melted butter and brown sugar in medium pot on medium low heat and then bring to boil
- Step 5. Melt the caramel and spread on top of pretzels pouring evenly. Or instead, you can melt caramel bits.
- Step 6. Let caramel cool
- Step 7. Heat up 1 cup of Reeses chips in a small microwave safe bowl in microwave at 30 second intervals.
- Step 8. Drizzle melted Reeses chips on caramel
- Step 9. Use the reserved ¼ cup of chocolate chips in the microwave and pour the melted drizzle over the cooled caramel layer.
- Step 10. Put in the freezer for at least an hour
