MomJunky’s Almond Joy Protein Bars
Recipes - August 26, 2015



4 Scoops of Garden Of Life Raw Protein powder in chocolate

1/3 cup almond flour (Morning Pep)

1/3 cup coconut flour (Morning Pep)

1/3 cup crushed dry roasted almonds

2 TBSP coconut oil

2 TBSP Almond Butter

1/3 cup organic shredded coconut

milk or water or almond milk

Semisweet Chocolate

Mix all ingredients except for milk.  Add milk slowly until it’s incorporated, fully blended and malleable so that you can easily pack it into a pan (on wax paper).  Freeze for an hour.

Melt semisweet chocolate and brush or pour a thin layer on top.  Freeze then cut into squares.

  5. I have been trying to find treats that are more nutritious and I think these will fit the bill. I won’t have any trouble getting the family to eat them.
