Many of you have been asking me about the Keto diet. The truth is that I am still learning about it. It’s the one diet (when I say diet, I mean a way of life) that takes a lot of research. But once you figure most of it out, it’s cake (carb and sugar free cake, lol).
So, one of my downfalls with unhealthy eating and gaining weight is snacking. As a busy mom of two boys, sometimes it’s just easier to snack on their snacks. Sometimes I snack on their dinner as I’m making it.
When I first tried Keto, I couldn’t figure out on how to snack. I almost gave up. There is only so much beef jerky and pork rinds one can handle, hehe. I did my research and found out that there are many companies that cater to Keto. But I just didn’t know what I would like. It was all so new to me.

These amazing Mediterranean pistachios by The Glided Nut were my favorite in this month’s box.
They usually put something for your sweet tooth in the monthly box. Bonus for me!
They usually have some kind of cracker too.
I hear mixed reviews about edamame on the keto diet. Some say soy is not allowed, some say it’s okay in small amounts, and some say if they are cooked a certain way, they are okay. I eat edamame. End of story. You only live once!
This is the first time I’ve actually been excited about seasonings. And it’s not because I’m on keto! The blends are awesome and truly compliment everything I make.
So, are you confident on how to snack on keto? I am! What are your “go to” low carb snacks?
