My Review

I really enjoyed this book.  I was totally hooked in with the first couple pages.  There is a picture of The Apple Cranberry Crumble and it takes you to the easy recipe for two without a ton of calories.  With 175 recipes, you will find a colorful selection of anything from Portobello Mushroom Quesadillas to Gourmet Sloppy Joes.  Everything sounds exotic and interesting to me which is what I know I am looking for when it comes to healthy meals for two.  I want something different, not the same boring thing everynight.  But it’s hard to be creative and healthy at the same time.  That is where this book comes in.  It also gives you tips for shopping for two, planning ahead, healthy cooking techniques, such as blanching, braising, poaching, steaming and broiling, and tips for eating healthy for life.  This book includes recipes that are gluten free and dairy free, giving you the nutritional breakdown per serving.  You will find soups, stews, vegetarian, fish, salads, beef, pork, lamb, deserts and many more.  Your mouth will be watering by the end of this book.
