Finding Wellness at Forever Wellness
Blog - March 8, 2018

This is a Sponsored Post for Forever Wellness.  I received the 12 week package to facilitate this article.  However, all opinions are my own.

I have struggled for years with my weight.  I would lose weight and gain weight on and off regularly.  I know what to do.  I know how to eat.  I’m a professional dieter, but I always equate it to restricting myself. I want everything to happen yesterday.  Therefore, I gain the weight back. So, when I walked into Forever Wellness, I wasn’t sure what to expect.  I’m used to drastic weight loss programs.

After I met with Mary and discussed the non-evasive SculptLight LED technology, Larissa, the technician conducted the body composition analysis. Mary reviewed my muscle mass, body fat percentage, bone density, cellular hydration, and visceral fat.  She also gave me something to detox and cleanse my body.

I met with the Nutritionist and discussed my diet.  She took the time to find out what my habits were, my food choices and preferences. The next time I met with her, she had a food plan for me.

As I started to eat balanced while doing the LED therapy, I felt better about myself and nutritionally satisfied.  My body changed, and I was able to fit into old clothes again.  I felt more confident and going to the gym didn’t seem like a daunting task.

The SculptLight LED technology was really relaxing.  Within three weeks I had already lost weight and inches.  After six weeks, I had walked out of there 10 inches less and 10 pounds down.  With my busy life, I went on two trips in between, and managed to do all that and stick to my commitment of six weeks.  I believe the combination of the LED therapy, my balanced diet, and exercise helped me to achieve my goals.

  1. i used to go to the gym but it cost to much and i walk 6 to 8 mil a day when i can then the dogs and i do clean the out side 3 acr

  2. I’m still afraid these kinds of technology might do harm to our body and our health, even just a little. It’s way better if you follow a healthy diet regularly.

  3. I grew up skinny my whole life. Now with three kids later and in my 40s, I’m tipping the other end of the scales and don’t have a clue where to even start. Thanks so much for the info.

  4. I believe that we should invest on our wellness, including our family because being sick is more costly (both money wise, emotional, etc.)
It is okay to take a break at work and prioritize wellness.

  5. This sounds like it would be something that I would be interested in learning about. I know that I have tried to do multiple things when it comes to my fitness and wellness.
