I love a good chili and always looking for savory pumpkin recipes but it has to be spicy and have a kick! I enjoy spicy even more in the fall as it warms my whole body up. I also enjoy freezing chili for later meals. It’s so convenient, especially with the kids back to school.



So, I found a low carb chili recipe with awesome Keto chili seasonings like chili powder, paprika, cumin and cayenne pepper. The combo definitely helps heat things up. And this easy Keto chili recipe has pumpkin to really bring in the fall season.
I used turkey and sausage as I like to follow the Keto or low carb diet. I added red bell peppers (you can also use green bell peppers), green onions, tomato paste, jalapeno and all the chili seasonings.



Then I added pumpkin puree, tomatoes and bone broth. I cooked on low for 30 minutes, stirring from time to time.

Ingredients
- 3T. Chili powder
- 1T. Cumin
- 2T. Paprika
- 1t. Cayenne pepper
- 2t. Salt
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 lb. sausage
- 2c. peppers and onions chopped ( I used a bag of frozen pre chopped peppers and onions)
- 2 chopped jalapeno
- 1 15 oz. can of pumpkin puree
- 2 15 oz. cans of petite tomatoes
- 1c. Chicken bone broth
Instructions
- Cook ground turkey and ground sausage in a large saucepan until browned and drain.
- While your meat is draining in the saucepan add your peppers and onions and cooking until your onions have caramelized.
- In a large pot add your cooked turkey, sausage, and veggies.
- Add chopped jalapeno to the large pot and mix together.
- Mix all chili seasoning ingredients into your large pot and stir.
- Next add pumpkin puree, petite tomatoes and bone both
- Cook on low until for 30 mins. Stirring from time to time
- Enjoy
Feel free to add a dollop of sour cream, some cilantro and grated cheese on top!
