I found this book very informative. I have seen other books advertised about the Ketogenic Diet but never really understood what it was about. This book does a good job of explaining it, without complicating it. It also has a lot of recipes that anyone can make, whether or not you are on rthe Keto diet. Some of them are very simple and some of them require quite a few ingredients. Most of them sound delicious like the Chocolate Peanut Butter Fat Bombs. However, I do not see myself putting butter in my coffee!!!! Overall, this is a great book with some amazing recipes.
