I’m not a great cook, but cooking low carb meals are pretty easy, using few, simple ingredients that are healthy fats like Coconut Oil, Oliver Oil, grass fed butter, avocado,heavy cream, and cream cheese. Most easy recipes use chicken breasts or ground beef.
I love low carb soups and side dishes because they are usually simple and fast. I make keto shakes all the time because I am on the go. When you have a big family you are always thinking of time. I like to save time!
