‘Where the Flowers are Purple’ is a captivating story about a poor butterfly that can’t fly
or so he was told.
When the day came for the possibility of a new friend and a new adventure, Aiden the butterfly decided that it was now essential for him to fly.
Through the obstacles Aiden faces, he soon comes to understand that by shifting his thoughts and beliefs along with using a little imagination, anything is possible.

Very cute story about a butterfly who is told that he can’t fly because his wings are too small. It only takes just a little bit of encouragement by a very postive owl who tells him he can do anything if he changes his thoughts and uses his imagination. The moral of the story is that you never know the possiblities if you don’t try. “I AM good enough!” Aiden the butterfly says. I love the illustrations (by Neil Henderson) and when you double click on the butterfly you get to see what he is thinking.
