#Smartforlife #momjunkydiet Week 4
Blog - November 10, 2015

2015-10-14 07.59.51So tomorrow I get to weigh in and see how I have done for the month.  In three weeks I lost 10lbs.  So I’m expecting at least another two.  I can’t wait to see the scale!  But to be honest, it doesn’t really matter.  At this point I  feel so much better physically, and I have noticeably lost weight.  Friends and family have definitely noticed and people are starting to message me and ask about the Smart For Life diet.

I love the cookies.  I enjoy my dinners.  I love that I don’t have to stress about meals and snacks all day.  I just throw them in my diaper bag and go.  I never realized how much I snacked off of my children’s food all day.  No wonder I gained so much weight.  It all adds up.

I also went to the gym for the first time in over three weeks and it felt great!  Exercise is also encouraged in the Smart For Life diet.  I look forward to going more.

I find that the cookies are really satisfying and filling. I look forward to them, especially the Irresistible Winner Peanut Butter Cookies. If it wasn’t for the great taste of the cookies and the feeling of being satisfied, I don’t think I could have lasted this long.  Now I have to look at the future.  This diet is more than a diet  It’s a lifestyle change.  It’s learning portion control while still being satisfied and this is accomplished by having six small meals a day.  I have the Banana Chocolate Chip Granola Squares for breakfast and then a mix of the others throughout the day.  I love dessert so I treat myself to a chocolate cupcake (I put it in the microwave for ten seconds – delicious).

Smart For Life is big on water.  I drink lots of water, it is so important for you. But drinking a healthy amount of water can get a little boring drinking, so I add their Açai-Pomegranate Appetite Suppressing Concentrate Drops to my water a couple times a day.  It’s delicious, and it gives the water a nice color.  Renata, Dr. Sass’s wife, recommended them to me.  I had no idea how much I would like the drops.  It also comes in peach mango.  Yummy.

Stay tuned for next week! Not only do I reveal my weight loss for one month but I have an amazing $250 Smart For Life Giveaway!

  1. I keep hearing about Smart for Life and love the idea but haven’t ever read a review to know if the food is good, if one feels hungry. I love the idea of eating cookies and losing weight…who wouldn’t? LOL

  2. My son is struggling with his diet and I think the hardest part is him feeling deprived, these cookies would help with that. Thanks!

  3. I need to lose about 150-180. My doctor told me she didn’t want me to have the bariatric surgery. I used to be athletic, but since my thyroid issues began, I packed on almost 100 pounds in 4 years. I’m tired of trying new things to accompany my walking excercises. But those Acai-Pomegranate drops sound like something I’d like to try for appetite suppression!

  4. I love the idea of healthy snacks as part of a diet and exercise plan. I think all the varieties look delicious and would be easy to take along for a day outing.

  5. I have seen Smart for Life on various outlets for a few years now and have often wondered how well it worked compared to some of the more well known brands like Medifast. This program is a lot more affordable. I’d like to try those peanut butter cookies. I love PB!

  6. I’ve gained so much weight since being married and having a baby these past 3 years. I’ve been searching for something I can stick to that works.

  7. You mentioned peant butter cookies and that I can live with! I like how this is working for you, and hope it continuues for you. I havent had much luck with prograams and most are so expensive. This looks a bit more affordable and I could stand to lose 15 pounds.

  8. This really sounds like a sound diet plan, one that would be pretty easy to stick with!! I’m glad that you’ve had such success 🙂
