This is a sponsored post for U.S. Family Guide and Cirque du Soleil. However, all opinions are my own.
This was my second time at Cirque du Soleil. The first time was about 10 years ago in Miami. I don’t know why it took me so long to go back to see one of their amazing productions, but I am not going to wait that long to go back this time!
Ten years later, I am married to the man that took me on a date that night. We now have children and I really wanted them to experience it. I am so glad I did. The wonderment in their eyes was enough to go back again. They are five and three-years-old and they did not move in their chairs. They were frozen with anticipation of the next move. I think they loved that it was about bugs. My favorite part was the slapstick humor. We all had a good belly aching laugh.
Kids can get giddy and restless, especially around bedtime so I loved the pre-show that kept them entertained and gave them a taste of what was to come.
What I love about Cirque du Soleil is that it is timeless. It combines the atmosphere of an old fashioned circus with modern acrobatics that will take your breath away. All of it wrapped in a weird and enchanted universe were characters communicate with body language and facial expressions rather than spoken language.
If you’ve always wanted to see a Vegas style production, but don’t want to travel to Sin City, Cirque du Soleil offers a Vegas experience locally in South Florida, and at a very affordable price.
I know the kids will be talking about this show for the rest of their lives. It was a memorable experience for them. I love that I helped create these memories.

Ovo is such an amazing show, you will take home memories that will last a lifetime! The only downfall is that you cannot use flash photography (for obvious reasons) or take videos. Wah!
There were some awesome gifts to pick up too.
Don’t procrastinate like I did and miss out on such a wonderful show!
