Meet Macy’s Culinary Council Chef Dana Herbert at Aventura Mall February 24
Blog - February 19, 2018

This post is sponsored by Everywhere Agency on behalf of Macy’s; however, all thoughts and opinions expressed are my own.

I am so excited to spend time at Macy’s, Aventura, my favorite shopping mall.  When I got married, I moved North but I never miss an opportunity to go back to Aventura!  I have so many great memories there.  Aventura Mall is a fantastic mall to shop at.

This time is going to be special because I’m going back to Aventura Mall as a married woman.  We all know what that means…I finally had to buckle down and learn to cook.  Of course, having a French husband does help when it comes to the kitchen, but my kids expect a decent dish from me at dinnertime.

So, because my husband is a fan of cooking shows, I have had the opportunity to get some tips.  But my favorite kind of cooking is baking.  If I could bake for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I’d be set!  I love a beautiful cake.  But it’s a major bonus when it’s delicious too!

The best place to get tips would be at the Macy’s Culinary Council.  I can’t wait to hear from master Chef Dana Herbert and his best kept culinary secrets and techniques on how to prepare some of his sweet award-winning dishes.

Come by February 24 at 4pm and check it out. In addition to meeting Chef Dana, have some food and drinks with me and we’ll check out the latest in cookware and gadgets for your kitchen.  It’s going to be so much fun!

Plus, with any purchase of $35* or more in the Home department, receive a special gift – a $20 Macy’s gift card and a copy of Chef Dana’s cookbook Sweet & Savory Union which he’ll sign for you.
