This beautifully written book is perfect for beginners or anyone getting reacquainted with the practice of meditation. It explains in a very simple manner how to overcome obstacles such as monkey mind. It set my mind at ease reiterating the concerns I had and offering solutions in a gentle manner. It taught me that my opponent is craving and sloth.
