As you drive through busy Downtown Delray Beach, you’ll meet Atlantic Avenue Bridge, where Deck 84 sits overlooking the beautiful views of the Intracoastal waterway. It’s a view I could sit and watch all day.
I was invited to meet Executive Chef Michael Romano and experience his new fall/winter menu. It was amazing. If you’re looking for casual waterfront dining, signature frozen drinks, Tiki cocktails (shown above) and craft beers coupled with delicious dishes like their signature Tuna Steak, Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, and 10oz Special Blend Deck Burger, you’ve found the perfect place. Whether you want to have a drink under the Florida sun or pull up in your own boat for dinner, you will enjoy the casual atmosphere and exceptional dishes.
I love appetizers and Deck 84 has some fantastic starters on their fall menu, including and the Sweet Thai Chicken Wings. They were delicious!
The Jumbo Lump Crab Stack and the Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes were my favorites.
The House Smoked Brisket Sandwich is hearty with a BBQ glaze, smoked chili cheddar, pickled red onion with basil aioli on a Ciabatta roll. Served with fries.
Of course, I always save room for dessert. Who can say no to Chocolate cake? Not I!
This Coconut Shell is filled with creamy coconut gelato, mango sorbet center, toasted coconut shavings with Mount Gay black barrel rum. It was decadent.
Deck 84 has so much more on the menu, including Weekend Brunch, Happy Hour and live music. Check out their Weekly Lineup for more info including their Thanksgiving menu.
