CycleBar® Opens in Boca Raton
Blog - October 9, 2017

This is a Sponsored Post for CycleBar® Boca Raton.  All opinions are my own.

If you’re ready to rock and get your bike on, CycleBar® Boca Raton is the place to be!  If you’re like me and have never taken a spinning class in your life, get ready for some fun.

CycleBar® is the fast-growing, indoor cycling franchise concept that offers a high-energy workout in a rock concert-like atmosphere.  They have an app, which I used to schedule my class.  When I got there my shoes were waiting for me and all I had to do was change them and put my stuff in a locker.

I was helped with strapping my shoes in and quickly got the hang of it! Rachel, the instructor was awesome.   It’s pretty intimidating going into a class when your out of shape but Rachel did a great job at making me feel comfortable, letting me know that I could do it at my own pace, but also encouraging me to push myself.  If your feeling competitive you can add yourself to the board.  Either way, you still get your CycleStats after the class through the app.

They also carry CyleBar merchandise, from hats to shirts.

CycleBar offers both monthly and pay-per-class packages, with no membership necessary. Easy online booking allows guests to purchase class packages and reserve a specific bike up to a week in advance. Each rider can enjoy concierge service and amenities including free towels, lockers and shoes. The dynamic classes take place in a state-of-the-art CycleTheatre and are led by CycleStar instructors who take participants through a 50-minute high-energy ride. The CycleTheatre features 48 bikes plus LED lighting, wide-screen graphics and state-of-the-art audio complete with a DJ booth. Riders can also track performance data via CycleStats and download music used in the class. After each ride, guests can cool down with fresh fruit and aromatherapy to relax.

From October 12 through October 22, riders can experience CycleBar and sign up for free classes by visiting Bocaraton.cyclebar.com and selecting the “rider” tab.

“Boca Raton is a lively area where residents truly care about health and fitness, and we’re excited to offer the community a new way to workout, have fun and engage with their peers,” said Chris Sommer owner and operator of the Boca Raton and Weston locations. “We welcome everyone to experience our passion with high-energy free rides and become a founder through our pre-opening package for unlimited rides.”

We had so much fun at the grand opening. I knew I had to come back and give it a “spin.”  I going back!  It’s the best cardio I’ve ever done.
