Burtons Grill & Bar Opens In Boca Raton

I recently experienced the preview opening for Burtons Grill & Bar, in Boca Raton, Fl.  located at 5580 N. Military Trail in the Park Place shopping center.  It is a contemporary restaurant with a classic look that can seat about 300 guests.
Burtons Grill & Bar has something for everyone. Not only every palate, but your lifestyle too! If you’re looking for something quick for lunch they have it, if you want to dine in a contemporary/upscale atmosphere with your hubby, they have that too! Half portions are available, so if you are trying to not over do it, they have you covered there as well. Do you want something customized? Not only do they allow it, they encourage their customers to “make it their own.”
Burtons Grill & Bar also offers many options for people with special diets and food allergies. They only use gluten-free flour and gluten-free panko in the restaurant which extends the gluten-sensitive options, and have several dishes to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and Paleo diets. Many of these items are common to the regular menu as well.
Below is the Superfood Salad, one of my favorite salads made with quinoa, baby spinach, dried cranberries, feta, grape tomatoes, avocado, julienne vegetables, grilled lemon, and lemon vinaigrette. Ah-maze-ing.
There are no sharing fees, and they also have a Choosy Kid’s Menu which offers 4 choices of sides and option of type of protein.
They also have a full bar with draft beers, specialty cocktails, and an international wine selection. As soon as you sit down at the bar you are greeted by a serving of their signature homemade potato chips. Delicious!
 I tried most of the menu items, starting with appetizers.
 The General Tso’s Cauliflower was my favorite. I will never look at cauliflower the same way after this!
 
Their Tuna Poke is one of their specialties that you will find often on their Whim Menu.
Executive Chef Winston Guerrero, graduated from Johnson & Wales and went on to cook all over the East Coast, including four-star Relais & Chateaux Morrison House in Alexandria, Va., the Grand Hyatt New York and Langham Hotel Boston.
Burtons Grill & Bar is known for its out-of-this-world Mediterranean Chicken Risotto with pan seared chicken, artichoke hearts, marinated tomatoes, spinach, basil, feta, lemon butter sauce, and pesto. But guess what? They can also make is dairy free!

I am a salmon girl and this Salmon Romesco is what I’m going back for.  It is a bronzed gulf of maine salmon, romesco sauce, herbed jasmine rice, julienne vegetables, and citrus fennel slaw.  Incredible.

If you are a steak person, like my hubby, their Filet Mignon is a center cut, aged Allen Brothers angus beef, served with mashed potatoes, broccoli, {BG} and steakhouse butter.
 If you love chocolate cake, this one is gluten free.  Yum. The most amazing thing about this cake is that it doesn’t fall apart like most gluten-free chocolate cakes. It looks just like a regular chocolate cake, and it takes amazing!
Key Lime Pie.  No sharing.
Creme Brulee. My favorite.
Whether you are stopping by for one of their specialty drinks at the bar, or you’re making reservations for a big party, you will experience great customer service along with amazing food.
